Hi im Elle! Im an energetic fun loving individual who loves nothing more than to get creative and have fun. I am able to implement house rules and general manners with the children in my care by setting a great example of this in all I do. This combined with my organisational skills, ability to follow direction and use initiative in situations has helped me greatly in childcare. Childcare has been a part of what I love for a long time now. In the last year of highschool i did some work experience in a nursery every night after school. I soon realised that it was my absolute passion to invest my time in to these little ones and help them to grow, play and learn. After some experience within the nursery I was given the opportunity to run the baby room as room leader, soon after I received the promotion of head of preachool and deputy manager of the setting!
