SEN worker / Rehab Assistant for child with additional needs

Part time work role in Colchester/ Tiptree area.
I am seeking a worker who has experience of working in school and client home delivering: help with homework, care tasks, therapy defined tasks, play and some personal care. Other adults will be accessible in each environment for support and advice.
I need someone with persuasive and effective communication, a knowledge of disability issues, fun loving, tolerant and patient. Needs to love working with children and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of a teacher, OT, physio, Speech Therapist and Psychologist.
Work hours can have some flexibility and can be adjusted between school holiday and term time.
Car driver essential as this work is on split sites.
Hours ideally will include: 3 hours in school then drive to client home, take a short break before starting 4 hours in client home. Three days per week. Other combination of hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Work available between May and December 2024 (and perhaps beyond) with 3 month reviews.
£277 - £35725 Hr. / Week

We need to night-wean our baby! So we need someone to come in for 5 days during the May half term, Saturday-Wednesday, to look after our two older kids during the day when we're even more sleep-deprived than usual.
6yo and 4yo. 6yo is autistic with ADHD but relatively low needs; he will be on half term. 4yo is autistic with ADHD and GDD, he's also pre-verbal and has relatively high needs. He will be at nursery one morning during that time.
We will occupy the baby ourselves.
£455 - £5855 days, 40 Hr.

I have obsessive compulsive disorder that leaves me unable to leave the house without support and affects my executive functioning. I experience tics, word/phrase repetition, obsessive counting and compulsive rituals.
Role tasks depending on the day will include:
Supporting me in going out for a coffee, a walk, to exercise or to shop.
Some occasional help with household chores eg. washing up.
Making phone calls on my behalf.
Assisting me with travel on public transport.
I need someone who is not worried by my tics and rituals, but will encourage and challenge when necessary.

My son is a charming young man but has poor communication skills. I basically need someone to stay in the house with him, enabling my husband and I to go out some evenings, between 4 and 8 hours ( we sometimes have to be in London for the evening) It will be like a babysitting job, keeping him company. Sometimes simple meal preparation will be necessary, though I would always provide something to just heat up. I’m looking for someone reliable,trustworthy and experienced, who is kind and friendly. You must also like dogs, as we have two large but calm ones! I think this job would best suit someone local, must be a driver. I would like someone who can commit to regular sitting, getting to know my son and his needs, so that he feels cared for and comfortable. Good references and DBS checked please.
