I am a highly qualified and high functioning individual with an established senior job and I have been allocated additional support opportunities due to invisible disabilities. I am looking for a workplace PA who would be me assisting with organizational tasks, medication prompting, scheduling and other admin tasks related to my career. The role would be for approx 10-12 hours per week (workplace related) with the possibility of additional private hours for some further assistance in the home. I have no need for personal care or manual handling but rather assistance with organizing various complex administrative tasks and with corresponding with a wide variety of internal and external colleagues and students as part of my job. I’m friendly and I like to think I am a conscientious supervisor that takes the role as an employer seriously. The nature of the work being primarily admin means that it would be possible to do most of this remotely, however in person could be once or twice a week. I am flexible about how the hours will work somewhat but thinking something like 3 hours per day Monday to Thursday to begin with. Given that the job requires an excellent standard of written and verbal English (some of it would involve proof reading fairly complex documents and managing academic files) it would suit someone with excellent writing skills and potentially some research background. However, the most important thing is developing a considerate and mutually agreeable relationship where there is flexibility and respect built into the partnership. Excellent administrative and communication skills required.

Family living in Bath with two girls aged 6 and 9 searching for a dog-friendly (we have one small and gentle cavapoo), live-out Nanny with SEN experience. We are looking for someone who could ideally help us from 7.30am-9.30am, and then from around 2-7pm Mon-Fri starting in mid to late November (with Ad-Hoc help before then). However, we will consider nannies who can only help in the afternoon and evening, if travelling from further away and not available for the morning hours. We might also consider live-in from Mon-Fri. We're looking for someone to help the family with school drop-offs and pick-ups (school is a beautiful 10-minute walk from our house, and we'd like the nanny often to walk the girls to school and back), support with homework/after-school activities, sometimes make the children's evening meal and help with bath-time, and do some light housekeeping duties related to the children: for example, doing the children's laundry, making sure school clothes are ready for the following day, and general tidying-up of the children's rooms. School pick-up is generally between 3.30-5pm and varies daily with both children. We can offer between 25-35 hours per week (and possibly more hours during the school holidays). Our girls are very creative and love art, music, books and outdoor fun. Our eldest daughter has additional needs (ASC pathway and ARFID), so SEN experience is essential, along with a good understanding of ASC and sensory-processing challenges.
