This is a role that would suit somebody who loves cooking and experimenting with dishes. I am a busy 31 year old entrepreneur who lives in Kennington. I am looking for a cook/chef, who can visit my house every weekday at 830am to cook a really simple breakfast and also batch cook some more substantial meals that I can eat for lunches. Our long serving housekeeper (10+ years) has needed to reduce her hours and we need some additional support to run our home. We are looking for an individual who is an experienced and reliable Housekeeper required for our family home in Camberwell. You will need to have references to show a min 2-3 years of relevant work experience and also (or be wiling to obtain) background checks. Reliability and conscientiousness is important for this role. We're a busy family with two young children and we've become very reliant on our current housekeeper of many years for their totally reliability and loyalty and will expect the same for our new housekeeper. This is a two way street, so in return we offer a good place of work, a good rate of pay and subject to a probationary period a more formal permanent arrangement could be considered (holiday, sick pay etc) The roles requires someone who can attend our home each day of the week (M-F) from 8:30/9am (ideally). The role will require 20-25 hrs per week which can either be spread equally over the 5 days of the week or some shorter and longer days with agreement. Duties will include making/changing beds, laundry, ironing putting clothes away, Vacuuming, cleaning windows, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, windows (inside). We have a gardener but some light maintenance e.g sweeping leaves. Very occasionally some food preparation but not a regular need for preparing any meals. Occasional errands e.g. collecting groceries from local shops, dry cleaning etc.
