We have two holiday let cottages, both with one bedroom and one bathroom, that require an efficient and energetic person to do changeovers after a guest has left and before the next guest arrives. This will include dusting high and low, vacuuming, changing beds, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and living area, wiping out the fridge and oven, washing any dishes, checking fire extinguishers etc are all in place, windows and light weeding in the garden from time to time/watering plants. Also refilling the various hand washes/dishwasher tabs etc. Guests typically stay for a minimum of 2 nights, you will have access to the calendar so you know when they check out at 10am and if there is a guest arriving at 3pm that same day. Own car essential as you need to pick up the laundry before the clean and drop the dirty laundry back after the clean.
