Looking for a housekeeper who will clean and manage our household. Besides cleaning, this role involves ironing, mending (occasionally the odd button or alike), cleaning shoes, accepting deliveries (e.g. Ocado, Waitrose), as well as possibly taking to and collecting from the dry cleaning, tailors, organising and overseeing small repairs, changing bed linen, cleaning windows, taking the bins out for collection (Wednesday), feeding the fish in the pond when we are away, possibly even taking a car to MOT or service and collecting birthday cakes just to give some examples. We are flexible in terms of the working hours. This role should be at least two half days per week, ideally 3. However, it does not have to be the same days every week as I would be happy to accommodate flexible working hours for whoever is to come. In terms of the days, Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday would be great, but that‘s not a must. I am also flexible with regards to if the person prefers to work in the morning or afternoon. Ideally you will be experienced in holiday let properties, and you'll be responsible for all changeovers. A full clean is required at each changeover, and the washing, drying and ironing of all bed linen and towels etc off site. Our changeovers can happen on any day, including weekends so full flexibility is required. There is the potential for up to 2 changeovers per week, and more in the busy summer months.
