I am a 46 year old mum living in Northleach, Gloucestershire, with my husband Jonathon, our 8 (nearly 9) year old son, 3.5 year old boy/girl twins and our cocker spaniel.
I’m a full-time mum and we already have a cleaner. We are looking for a part-time, live-out housekeeper, 7am to 11/12pm Mon to Fri. You need to be child and dog friendly. You also need to be punctual!
On arrival, you would help me dress the kids, brush teeth, etc and get everyone in the car for 7.30am. Once we had left at 7.35am, you would:
- do the dishwasher/wash up
- clean kitchen counters/hob/table
- change kitchen bins, as required
- Hang up/dryer washed clothes
- Sort washing/spray stains/put a wash on
- Make beds, tidy house
- Change towels
- Organise fridge
- Plan evening meals
- Prep/cook evening meals
- Clean shoes
- Put kids uniforms out
- Iron
You may occasionally be required to help with additional jobs eg
- wrap presents
- put decorations away
- organise freezer
- pick up/drop off dry cleaning or post
- etc
Not essential but a willingness to do some occasional baby sitting
(week nights and/or weekends) would be a bonus

I have a 8 bed house in the cotswolds so there is always plenty to do. Someone friendly but hard working would fit the role well and honest. My previous housekeeper stole quite a lot from my house so I would prefer someone who is honest so it won’t happen again.
