I need a cleaner that can also help with the children. I need the cleaner to arrive around 3pm to clean and then from 5pm-8pm help with the children.

We are a very close, energetic, happy, busy family of 5 (with a cavapoo dog), we live in Beaconsfield. We are looking for an excellent and experienced Housekeeper to start in June or July. A driving license would be helpful is and a kind personality and can-do attitude is imperative. Housekeeping: All manner of household help required - daily bed making, cooking, pet bits, spring clean, clean, laundry, errands, school lifts if u are open to it, getting all kit ready, tidying, keeping cupboards tidy, organising staff etc.... THE LOT! Its fluid and you have to be able to think on your feet but no two days are the same. It’s a very collaborative house. Daily clean required. You will need to know routines and plan accordingly. We seek someone who is; organised, responsible, punctual, kind, happy and fair ... to date, we have had nannies and housekeepers for 14 years and we know the formula that works perfectly in our house. High standards on both sides really help. Hours can increase if required - we are flexible. You will work with a respectful family who will appreciate you as a part of our team, we are do-ers, we dig in and we have several people that work with us who have the same mindset. We need someone who is mature and self-motivated and has a great sense of humour. We have a dog and a horse, so you must be good around animals as we are definitely firmly in the adoring animals’ camp. It can be more or less hours 20 - 40+ depending on what you want… we really will be flexible for the right person. We are a family of 5, who are seeking a happy and efficient housekeeper / childcare help for our family. Our current Nanny / Housekeeper is leaving after nearly 5 years to move to a family with younger children. All manner of household help required - daily bed making, cooking, pet bits, spring clean, clean, laundry, errands, school lifts, homework, getting all kit ready, teaching independence, reading and nurturing, playing, tidying etc.... THE LOT! Its fluid and you have to be able to think on your feet but no two days are the same. We have great relationships with old HK and Nannies and have high standards but we are kind and we are generous so it usually goes well with people who are similar in their approach. Hours - between 20-30 - flexible but daily clean required really. You have to be able to communicate well as we value honesty and openness - especially with teenagers in the house. There will be days where I am working (I work approx four days a month) where you will need to have sole care for the children - you will need to know routines / pick up / drop off times etc as part of the role.
