Gentlemen who has Parkinson's and lady that recently had a mini stroke. Duties include: • Personal Care (dressing, bathing etc) • Morning and evening routines • Helping to move around the home and outdoors • Reminding the client about medication and administering medication (eye drops) • Continence care including catheter care • Support their physical and mental wellbeing • Liaise with other health care professionals • Help with appointments and outings (ideally driving)
