Looking for childcare for new baby

Hi there, we are expecting our first baby February 2024 and looking for childcare from around 6 months onwards, so August/September 2024. Lots of nursuries seem to have full waiting lists already so we're looking into child minders as well.
Would prefer full-time 9-5 Mon-Fri, but both myself and husband can work flexibly, so if that's not avaiable we are willing to look at whatever sessions are available and work around them.
