What prompted you to make the business a full time occupation?
Thrupenny Bits
Actually I have 3 jobs, mainly being a Mum, then Thrupenny Bits and I still free-lance in TV when the work is there!

How has family life changed since you started
Thrupenny Bits
I’m always “on” so it can be stressful, but am here at home 2 do all the Mum stuff that my boys love & benefit from

How do you feel about the term ‘mumpreneur’?
Thrupenny Bits
Overused yet accurate. Many new Mums through necessity have to think “out of the box” when it comes to their income

We love

Moving from my kitchen table to the Office in the house would be a start! A common dilema for most Mumpreneurs.
Thrupenny Bits
To grow too quickly would take my focus away from my kids, so to increase sales at a manageable pace wld be perfect

After a busy week juggling all the projects you have going on, what’s your favourite weekend activity?
Thrupenny Bits
I love a Zumba class, bike riding with the kids and hubby, cooking 4 family and friends, parks/walks, movies & wine!

Just 1 more.. Between everything else, how do you manage to maintain a great relationship with your partner?
Thrupenny Bits
Not sure that I do! Seriously though don’t make ur life all about work (easy to do when running your own business)
Thrupenny Bits
Remember the world doesn’t revolve around u, hubby is way down the list past kids and business, don’t ignore them!
