I have known Kelly since 2002 and worked as her daycare assistant twice. Kelly has an amazing set up for her in-home daycare where kids flourish by her teaching. It's not just babysitting!! When I was employed there we taught preschool doing the daily weather, days of the week, reading, song time and many other activities that engaged children in learning to prepare them for Kindergarten and the rest of their life. We also prepared curriculum and taught the kids their letters, numbers, colors etc.
Since leaving her facility and becoming a stay-at-home Mom, I've personally toured several in-home daycares and none compare to hers. She's amazing!

My daughter was at Wiggles 'n Giggles for nearly three years. During that time, she learned her letters, colors, and numerous fine motor skills. She went straight from Miss Kelly to Kindergarten where I was later told by her Kindergarten teacher that although she was the youngest in the class - she was the best reader. Miss Kelly offers the perfect mix of learning and play. Her structured environment is perfect for providing security and comfort for your child. Most importantly, I never worried about my child while she was at Miss Kelly's. I knew she was being cared for, nurtured and loved. I wish I could give 10 stars rather than 5!

Wiggles 'n Giggles is the best childcare option in the greater Tulsa area, if not the whole world! We went through 3 childcare centers when we moved here in Oct 2019 before finding Miss Kelly. I thought I was going to have to quit working! I have been in the childcare/education industry for 15 years myself and she continues to impress me everyday. Our entire family raves about the amazing things our son does there everyday (they see pics)! The rate is more than fair and our son wakes up in the morning and says "GO GO GO!" He literally ditches me at the door every morning.
I would also like to add that he doesn't get sick as often as when in other care, this place is CLEAN!

Both of girls have attended here. The oldest Went into PreK knowing letters, sounds, numbers, counting, and writing her name! My baby has been there since returning to work from maternity leave and I have never worried about her! Miss kelly does a great job of providing structure and love!

Wiggles n' Giggles is without a doubt the best. I've know Kelly for about 5 years. My oldest daughter went to her, and then when my son was a baby we got the privilege to take him to her. Because the other places I looked at I just got a bad feeling in my gut. Without a doubt I know my baby is being loved, taken care of and learning so much. She is sooooo hands on with the kiddos and has them on a schedule/routine which I LOVEEE. And I love how clean her house is. Hands down the best and I always recommend her to my friends!!

She has been Commander of church's AWANA program, worked in the nursery, ran a successful VBS program We took our grandson to her and am exceedingly happy with the care and pre-school education she provided
Kelly has turned a portion of her home into a child care facility. She is assisted by her daughter/s and only takes children she is licensed for and prepares them for PreK. Our grandson was sad to leave Ms Kelly when he started PreK but I occasionally take him over for a visit. Ms Kelly is patient and kind while still maintaining discipline and gaining the utmost respect of the children in her care. She has an organized schedule for each age group which includes education, indoor play time, outside time, story time, lunch, snack and nap time.
One of the most impressive things about Mrs. Parks' program is her pre-school curriculum. She takes the time to find out the specific PreK curriculum in our county's public school system and any changes that are made from year to year. DHS know and respect Ms Kelly She makes certain that the concepts and skills she teaches in her pre-school adequately prepare the children at her center for a successful pre K year.
I encourage you to schedule a site visit at Wiggles and Giggled and take the time to look around and meet with Ms Kelly It is difficult to leave your children in someone else's care and finding a child care provider you can trust is vital

We have been enrolled with Wiggles N Giggles for almost 2 years now and we've had a complete positive experience. This is a place that I without a doubt know that my child is safe, clean, LOVED,and all the while learning through play. We have seen such tremendous growth in our child's vocabulary and general preschool knowledge. Each day is filled with different types of interactive play for the children that allow them to experiment & learn. We love this childcare & have been so blessed to have found this true Tulsa gem! If I could, I would give Wiggles N Giggles 10 stars!

If you are looking for a daycare that will love your child and help them grow you found it. Kelly is absolutely amazing! I love how hands on she is with teaching and allowing the children to be themselves. Everyday she has something planned for them, from watching caterpillars grow into beautiful butterflies , watching beans sprout from a bag in the window all the way to playing outside with bubbles and all her fun toys ,playhouses and slides. Her house is beautiful and always clean and the respect you get from her is wonderful. I'm not the mother who likes to be away from my child but Kelly makes it possible while I'm away at work. She always gives me comfort by sending me pics throughout the day and because shes so great I dont worry as much as I would with most daycares. I think the part I love most most about the daycare is my daughter loves it, she always has a smile when she sees miss kelly and she never fusses when I drop her off . So if your looking for a great daycare you found it. I promise you wont be disappointed.

She has been the best with our two kids. They have learned so much and continue to learn new things every day. Her home is always clean and the kids are always happy. They get to play and use their imaginations all day long. I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a daycare provider.
