We utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to provide an all inclusive child care setting.At Shaping Tomorrow Child Care Services it is our mission to ensure that each child reaches their highest potential and receives the highest quality of care and early education via the use of empirically validated methods and techniques regardless of their needs (i.e., behavioral concerns, communication deficits, etc.). What makes us different is that we provide ongoing supervision of all programming and lesson planning by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst; behavior supports are available for children as needed and programmed throughout the center proactively; staff are trained to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other similar Developmental Disabilities; and collaboration with any service providers such as Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, etc.

Health benefits are provided to employees who are full time and work at least 90 days within the company. W2s are a federal requirement.

The owner steals from her own employees
Don't pay her staff until she feels like it. Really big turn around with staff quitting due to not getting paid for the hours they worked for
