Hello! My name is Sara! I have been babysitting/caring for children for nearly 20 years.
I have a wide variety of childcare experience including babysitting for the community, raising 5 of my 8 siblings, babysitting for church and community members, and being a Children's Ministry Director for 3 and 1/2 years. For the last 5 years, I have provided in-home childcare for several families in both the Bridgeport and the Clarksburg areas.
I am certified in CPR and First Aid/AED. I have a clean record, and do NOT smoke, drink alcohol, or do any drugs. I am a Christian so honesty and genuine care for people are important to me. My degree is in Biblical Studies and I studied Elementary Education.
I am looking for temporary (2-4 months), full-time (30-50 hours a week) opportunities with children newborn - 4 years old. I have availability to provide care for 4 families from my home in Keyser!

I have used a few daycare centers in the area for my son's and let me tell you, the difference in a large center and an at home setting is HUGE! When I would pick up my infant from the daycare center he would always be filthy and always catching a cold and having diaper rash. And my older boys we're learning inappropriate behaviors and words & getting picked on. But with Sara, She manifested manners & kindness in my children. She appropriately disciplined them for poor behavior. She gave them individual attention that a daycare center could never do because they are just so overcrowded. Her house always felt like a HOME not just a daycare. Very clean & Christ based. With Sara, I never worried or wondered about their care while I was at work. I knew she would care for them as her own. I can't recommend her enough!!

Sara has always taken her job seriously. Sara is a compassionate loving lady who cares for young children. When she had watched our children she was like a mother to them. She not only watches children but takes the time to teach them as well. I can always trust and count on her to watch my children as her own.

Sarah was so helpful when our family needed a sitter for our grandchildren. Our toddlers were always happy to go to her home. She was very attentive. Her home was always clean and welcoming. When our children were in her care, I never worried about their safety. I also never worried that they may pick up foul language or watch things that were inappropriate. I will be a return customer in the future if the need arises. I can not recommend her enough.
