We used this sight to select Robin, we had a phone interview and in person. Did a trial day, and sent our happy go lucky 3 month old daughter. After about 3 weeks we were told our daughter was to too SPOILED. As a newborn we found this odd, later I was repeatedly told there was something Wrong with my daughter b.c she shakes her arms when upset. After a bizarre line up of questioning, including asking if I took illicit or prescribed drugs while pregnant, I was told that she must have Down Syndrome or Autism. AGAIN a 3 month old~ WHO is perfect and happy as a lark (this also confirmed by the Pediatrician who laughed when we told him what she said). Robin told us all she does is scream," I cant get anything done!" All behaviors we've never seen, not to mention your job is to watch our child not work around the house. Home is kept very warm almost stifling, as they do not run the AC, something I absolutely believe added to my daughter feeling uncomfortable there. She also did not know breast milk safety. She was going to keep milk after 4 days and use it! I was told multiples times, that b/c my daughter is breastfeed she is to close to me, and spoiled, she just wants held all the time... at 3 almost 4 months old, an infant has no idea how to be spoiled, they only know they need something. Something Robin apparently could not provide. If your a nurturing mom, this is Not the place for you! She also said she would need to travel with out daughter a couple times a week to pick up a granddaughter from school, She really is traveling with our daughter constantly... She TAKES and Picks up from school, and was going out for lunches. If you don't care about the level of care your child receives, she probably wont kill your kid.

Robin has been watching Charles since last May. She has been wonderful before we even started taking him there. She is very attentive to his needs and he is so happy, even on days when I pick him up early. He is excited when he sees her, with a smile from ear to ear. Charles just turned 1 in February and is a happy, healthy little baby. I am so glad my husband and I can both go to work full-time knowing our son is being well taken care of.

I'm SO glad I checked to see if this profile existed again! She deleted it after we used her service over a year ago. We used her for 2 weeks. Showed up to my one year old hyperventilating because she stuck her in a play pen for a nap, hours before the time we instructed. Left her to cry it out, which I would NEVER do to my daughter. She then contacted us and told us she could no longer do childcare do to her surgery. We didn't intend to go back anyways. Be careful.

Long story short, Child had never slept in crib, always slept with a parent at night and naps also. after a short time I told Crystal I could not watch her any more. she wouldnt sleep at nap time and it disturbed the other children. Also Crystal put this review in at least 1 year after I had watched her child. When she came in that day, I had just layed her down. She was not Hyperventilating

My husband and I were in a bind trying to find someone to watch our 8 month old little girl while her normal babysitter was on maternity leave. We found Robin and once we met her, we were instantly relieved. Robin is the kindest, most gentle care provider that we have met. She gave our little Lizzie undivided attention, unconditional love, and kept to our schedule at home. I would recommend Robin to anyone, she was absolutely amazing for our family and Lizzie absolutely loved her!

Robin is a very nurturing caregiver. She cares for my 2 year old and infant. I was very comfortable from the time I first met her. She has a kid friendly area within her home. My 2 year enjoys going to her house each day. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Robin truly cares for the children she is caring for. We have been very happy with the care she is providing.
