Play to Learn is AMAZING! We bring our two girls (toddler and preschool aged) who absolutely adore Ms. Sarah and look forward to all the fun activities she does with them. She is loving, supportive, creative, and overall just an awesome woman/mom.
The daycare has a large open space that is super clean and very inviting. Her house is in a quiet neighborhood with a large, private backyard for the kids to play. I love that she doesn't keep the kids cooped inside all day and let's them explore the outdoors. The curriculum is spot on for their ages - my children are thriving!
I whole heartedly trust Ms. Sarah and know my children are receiving the best care away from home!

I met Sarah when our sons were about 6 weeks old. When it came time for me to go back to work, I panicked looking for day care. I didn't like the idea of leaving my baby with a stranger, so I asked Sarah if she had any openings and she thankfully she did since her daycare had just recently opened.
Sarah is caring, creative, and always goes above and beyond to make the kids, as well as their families, feel special.
The daycare itself is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a finished basement separated from their living space and very clean, well organized and not too small. There is a bathroom, great for small children who are potty training, a small kitchen area for lunch and snack prep, as well as a separate room for quiet time.
My son loves the special activities Sarah has put on in the past. She turned her yard into Candy Land last summer and has also had a "Bear Hunt" in her yard based on the book "We're Going On A Bear Hunt". My son still talks about them! She also celebrates each child's birthday and puts so much effort into making them smile on their special day.
Sarah incorporates a preschool curriculum into their day and keeps us posted on what they are learning each month. My son has learned so much from her and is very proud of the projects he brings home. Their day is very structured, which has been great for my son. A lot of what he's learned has definitely helped prepare him for Kindergarten.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to have her take care of our son. She is like family to us.

When switching jobs sent my husband and I on a hunt for a new daycare for our daughter, we were nervous. We'd have to trust someone all over again and were not happy with the more traditional daycare centers we'd seen. Finding Play to Learn on Care.com was like winning the daycare lottery!
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the indoor space for the kids is very clean, stocked with great toys and there is a separate area designated for sleeping. The outdoor space is a huge private yard (which is sprayed for bugs) and has a playset.
Sarah is absolutely amazing! Her passion and talent in early childhood education are truly undeniable. She is constantly going above and beyond to create a fun and educational space for the kids to grow and play.
Our daughter (3) has been with Sarah since she opened in Jan 2017. She loves Miss Sarah and all her friends she's made. She is always happy to be there and excited to tell us what she did that day.
We also love Sarah and seriously could not imagine our lives without her in it. The piece of mind we have knowing that our daughter is in the best care possible is priceless. Honestly, 5 stars isn't enough!

Play To Learn Family Child Care, LLC is located in such a great location. The space is clean and child friendly. It reminds me of a preschool. Sarah has provided great care to my 2 year old daughter. She has worked well with my daughter allergy Her activities promote learning through play and are so creative. Her approaches to child care innovative and high effective. Watching her positive attitude towards children let's me know my daughter has great care coming from Play to Learn Family Child Care. I would highly recommend Sarah to a friend and will continue to seek care as need with Play to Learn Family Child Care.

Sarah is an excellent caregiver. She has watched my children (ages 3 & 1) on many occasions and they always have a wonderful time at her day care. Sarah provides a great summary of the day, so I can talk with my kids about their interests, and know how much they ate, how long they napped and how potty training is going. Sarah is caring and compassionate; she treats my children with respect and enforces the use of good manners and responsibility, I can't imagine a better place to leave my children than at Play to Learn with Sarah!
