The staff was nice enough, but often a little rude about certain things. My child was removed because they blamed me for "not showing LO how to stop biting" - something that ONLY ever took place at the daycare. They never intervened to stop what LO was doing. Just told me when it happened. Never corrected LO when it happened there. But it was "my fault."

The children don't get the direct attention they need because there if often 8+ kids to 1 teacher, who can't watch them all at once. Especially if that teacher is busy changing a diaper or something.

This facility is not managed properly. Hopefully under the new manager they do better, but we won't be returning!
