I am strongly recommended Orion Montessori, my daughter was with Ms Shanta about 2 years in person and remote learning every day she learned new things, journal reading, they did hand on science experiments, math, cogat and Arts. All the kids read books fluently and also make the kids to read book independently. My daughter everyday very excited to go there even with remote class she was eagerly waiting to attend. We tried other preschool in the area but Orion is the best!Most of The students of Orion get into the accelerated program (gifted program)

Orion Montessori provides an excellent foundation for kids in all aspects of growth: mental, academic, social, physical. My daughter started with online sessions about 5 months in this pandemic. Impressed with Ms. Shanta's teaching skills, my daughter has been going to in-person Pre-K classes since September 2021. The school provides a unique customized STEAM curriculum.
Ms. Shanta is a highly experienced and talented educator and determines kids' innate abilities and changes the teaching methodology accordingly. Apart from academics she also focuses on other enrichment programs like music, art, craft, yoga, science experiments, outdoor activities etc. She also serves nutritious lunches and snacks.
My daughter loves going to this school, and I have seen a lot of improvement in her reading and writing skills. I highly recommend Orion Montessori for the efforts they put in to give a quality education.

My original childcare plan fell apart and I was so fortunate to have found this gem! School locates in a nice quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated. Indoor space is three times as large as some other in-home care that I toured. The front and back yards are designed for kids, with a ton of cute animals, a cabin and a sandbox. Shantha is great with kids. My son is just past two, did not have much experience with daycare, and does not speak English at home. But after two weeks he is not only happy to go to school but also have started to build up his English vocabulary. Shantha is very knowledgable in education and early childhood development, and is very willing to share her knowledge with parents. She provides a ton of Montessori materials for kids to choose from, and guides the kids to explore in a very non-forcing way. I personally believe in love and freedom in raising kids, and I do think that is what my son is getting in school. A couple practical issue: the tuition of Orion is a fraction of those center-base daycare, but the care that the kids get is by no means compromised. They accept kids that are not yet potty-trained, whereas a lot of big Montessori schools do not. They also stress a lot about washing hands to keep the kids and their family healthy.

Orion Kids, previously known as Kinderactivity is an excellent preschool/daycare. The owner is a talented educator who supports each student's academic and social emotional progress. I would highly recommend this preschool/ daycare.
