One Step Academy infant program is operated in a homey environment, where trust and close relationships with infants and families is created. We strive to provide individualized attention to each child. We understand that a 1:3 ratio is conducive in maintaining an intimate and homey environment with your little ones.

Your infant can expect to start their day with a carefully curated schedule, crafted around their age-appropriate, developmental needs. This means warm morning greeting songs, followed by breakfast, and diaper changing. We then fill our infant's day with engaging sensory-based learning activities, such as Reggio-inspired sensory bottles. Immobile infants engage in captivating baby-gym activities. These activities promote self-guided, exploratory learning behaviors that create lasting problem-solving pathways in the brain. All our learning activities carry a high developmental role in fine and gross motor skills, grasping, visual tracking and hand-eye coordination. This combination of research-backed activities and environment at One Step Infant Nursery is linked to greater problem solving and creativity. Infants have a rich inner world, and at our nursery, we help them to explore and develop it.


One Step Academy is committed in providing a breastfeeding friendly environment for our enrolled children. Breastfeeding mothers are provided a sanitary place to breastfeed or express milk. We also support all types of feeding. A refrigerator will be made available for storage of express breast milk, formula and solids.

Our overall goal at One Step Academy is to maintain a positive ongoing environment that integrates a child's home and support their developmental milestones.
