OUR SPECIAL JOURNEY is to incorporate music in everyday life. Through the program children are learning unique, memorable educational and holiday songs. Children will play simple percussion instruments. Movement activities include steady beat, creative and expressive movement. Ear training, focused listening activities through variety of sound and music from the environment. They learn about musical instruments, listening to musical stories, classical music.
WE BELIEVE that in early childhood education quality music is an everyday spiritual food that every child deserves to experience. We want to see your child laughing, happy, and enjoying their day, while involved in academically stimulating age-appropriate activities. Eating home made, healthy and nutritious food, create routine, build great habits and learn manners for life.
WE BUILD THE CHILDREN'S self-esteem, help them to be emotionally balanced, self-confident, intellectually curious and share their time with others.
As we all know MUSIC EDUCATION BUILDS children's self-confidence, increases self-esteem, teaches self-discipline, encourages creativity and cooperation, and bridges differences between cultures, time periods and socioeconomic groups.

If I could give 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. Ms. Elizabeth's Musical Child Care in Encino is hands down the best money you could spend on your child's care and development. Her nurturing and positive approach to our baby girl's growth and developmental milestones were so impressive and always clearly communicated to my husband and I. Her care and concern for the childrens' diet and the from scratch, home cooking was amazing. The art projects and immersive activities she involves the children in are top tier and we absolutely love displaying them on our fridge. We would have kept our daughter in her program till kindergarten however we moved too far away. We plan to stay in touch with Ms. Elizabeth and even stop by every now and then.

Ms Elizabeth cared for my son for almost a full year, from 17 months old until he was ready for preschool. I felt safe leaving him there, she is gentle but also teaches children good manners. I would leave my second child with her if I ever need daycare again.

My daughter attended Ms. Elizabeth's daycare for about a year and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. It was a real pleasure getting to know Ms. Elizabeth and for my daughter to learn, play, and grow with her. We were so lucky to find Musical Day Care because it's easy to see how much Elizabeth truly cares about each child. She is loving, encouraging, supportive, and thoughtful. And it was so wonderful to see her share her love of music with the children. My daughter loves music and singing to this day. I always felt secure that my daughter was in careful loving hands. I highly recommend Musical Day Care.

Our son started with Ms. Elizabeth shortly after he turned one-year
old. He had been in a much bigger home daycare, and it did not seem
to be giving him what he needed. Shortly after he started with Ms.
Elizabeth, we immediately saw that he was much happier and thriving!
Ms. Elizabeth's musical program for young children is amazing and
unparalleled. We are confident that the music exposure and training
has been so beneficial for our son and for his development - she truly
does the best job. After having researched and visited countless
child care options, Ms. Elizabeth truly stood out to us. Above all
else, she has the highest level of integrity and truly cares for the
children. It seems to me like many people's motivation in starting a
home daycare is the business (which is understandable), but what
really stands out with Ms. Elizabeth is that her drive comes from her
love of the children. I trust Ms. Elizabeth implicitly to always have
my son's best interest in mind and take the very best care of him - I
give her my very highest recommendation!

Her wonderful home has been a great environment for my daughter to grow and learn. The sense of security that we have felt leaving our daughter in her care has been priceless.
She has learned so much in Ms. Elizabeth's Musical Child Care: singing, dancing, numbers, letters, shapes, drawing, painting, social skills, manners, and SO MUCH MORE.
She loved going to Ms. Elizabeth's school to play, eat yummy homemade food, and take long naps.

My daughter has been going to Ms. Elizabeth's Musical daycare for the past year. She absolutely loves it there. It is hard to get her to leave most days. My daughter is only 20 months but is learning right along side the older children. I can't believe how advanced she's become. She's learning letters, numbers, arts and crafts, and of course music. She's even starting to learn the piano.
Ms. Elizabeth makes all the meals herself, and they are extremely healthy but also things that my daughter loves to eat. You can tell Ms. Elizabeth truly takes pride in her daycare and really cares for all her children.
Having to leave my daughter and go back to work is the hardest thing I've ever had to do. But knowing she is in great care with Ms. Elizabeth, having fun and learning is extremely comforting.
