Medina Family Daycare is run by a mother and daughter duo, Delma and Marcela. Together, we have served our community for over 16 years. Our daycare is in our home, we have a classroom set up, outside play space and many activities indoors. We believe that children learn best through play, we have set up our home to be an enriching environment for each child. We are both certified in Early Childhood Education by our local community colleges and we also incorporate other curriculums in our care such as, Waldorf and Montessori. We pride ourselves in the love and second-home environment that we provide, but we also ensure that each child feels confident when it is time to transition to preschool and kindergarten. Teacher Delma and Teacher Marci are amazing! The toughest part of being a parent is letting someone else do the nurturing while we go to work. With Delma and Marci, I had peace of mind that my sons were well cared for, eating healthy home cooked meals, and learning through hands on activities. My sons even picked up Spanish! Thank you for all the love you showed to my family. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Delma, Marcella, and Emma are AMAZING! My daughter has been with them since 6 months, she is now 4. She loves her teachers and is always eager to show up and does not want to leave. The daycare is very clean and tidy. Kids are kept clean and changed, they are very attentive to the children, potty train the kids, make good healthy home cooked meals, make learning fun and provide the same love for my child that I do. My daughter raves about her teachers and friends. I had high expectations for my daughters daycare being that Iwas a former nanny that went above and beyond for the kids I cared for and Medina Family Daycare exceeded those expectations by far. We are so happy with Medina Family Daycare and know that you will be too. I highly recommend them for your child.

I have been search for a very good , safe place for my son to stay, he's 15 months and never been to someone's care before , just me and he's dad!
I did visit several day cares in San Mateo , and Delma and Marcela was the only one who I can trust.
He on he's first week and I can tell you HE LOVE IT!!! Didn't had any problems on the first day, he get home happy and love both! The food is great , so he eats really well, Delma cook every day fresh meals.
I really recommend this place! Check this out you won't regret!!!!
