The staff and teachers at Little Explorers has been nothing less than excellent in caring for my daughter. She has learned so much and I can tell that her teachers genuinely love what they do. I highly recommend!

I had my son there for a month and decided to take him out because I no longer felt it was a right fit for my child and when I attempted to voice my concern and after putting words in my mouth, the rude response I received from Edna was to pick up my child. Not only was her answer ignorant, but unprofessional. I guess that's the daycare's best solution, to pick up your child if you don't like something. I inconveniently left work and picked up my child now feeling uneasy on continuing to take him there. I can say is how great Ms. Yesenia was and thank you to Ms. DeAna for listening to my concern after the fact in hopes of them correcting the staff.

My child started at Little Explorers as soon as they opened. DeAna and her staff members have been dedicated to the health, safety and success of my child. DeAna and the staff members genuinely care. Overall, staff members have been wonderful at updating us regularly throughout the day regarding food consumed, diapers changed, milestones, and crafts. They have been great with potty training and are happy to provide feedback on my child's behavior and progress on class. I also appreciate that they have cameras so we could check in on our child throughout the day.

My Grandson has been going to this daycare for 2 years now. We LOVE it!! They are so willing to work with me no matter the issue. I feel 100% safe leaving him in this daycare. As far as the negative comment about the mask....looks like that was at the time COVID rules were just starting and no one really knew anything about it. Ms. DeAna has been very cautious and careful during this crazy pandemic. I fully recommend this facility!!

Buyer beware- it's a nicely wrapped package, but inside it's a different story. I had to post because he hasn't gone to the school for months and still recalls and talks about these events at home-traumatized!
My husband and I stood at the door and prayed together with Deana the owner and her staff member the day my son started because we were so happy to find a Christian Daycare. The daycare didn't turn out to be what we thought.
My 2 yr old son was kicked out of daycare 3 days after he was diagnosed with asthma and they thought he should wear a mask bc of his cough(asthma exacerbation). Upon, asking them to not place a mask on him for his asthma cough but to let us know so we can let the doctor know...the owner said she didn't think he was a good fit and she said he couldn't come back. Documents from doctor submitted and neg. Covid test presented with asthma diagnosis amd medication Adminstration permission for at school.
Countless incidents: Stephanie says she will make sure our son ate breakfast if we brought him earlier vs. lunch hour(he was half day enrollment). So 1st time we dropped him off early after the discussion with Stephanie, the owner is was literally refusing to feed him saying she can't she has 12 new admissions(which I assume took priority over my son). So, I told her ok if take him back to buy him breakfast but would have to drop him back off to eat it at school. All of a sudden she would give him a bowl of cereal after a 10 minute discussion.
Isolated notices: implying that state rules said 2 yr old had to wear mask if coughing, and state said no "fast food" only cook meals can be brought to school. But, only directed to us-no mass emails notifying all parents. However, we had bring bring him lunch every Friday since he started at the center with no issue. When asked to provide the list of state rules and regulations so we can understand and be compliant-request was ignored and denied. He came home w/busted lip with visible blood underneath the skin on outer lip and no one knew what happened. I was told if he doesn't come to teacher crying she can't notice every incident. He was forced to sleep on his stomach and cried at home at night asking how he could sleep-school denied allegations. He said the teacher said I have to sleep like this. He still says "I'm sorry" for any little incident. It seems like this was a taught behavior to be sorry for everything, even dropping his toys. He said a teacher yelled, "Get out of my class now." He was crying when he told me about it. I called the school immediately to see what happened. My son was totally traumatized at school. He still says that teacher at my school was "mad" and "I don't like it(that school)". Asking daily if our son ate because teachers not documenting anything in the app about lunch/snack. The curriculum seems to be questionable bc I only saw my son have Spanish class 2-3 times while he was there, and when I asked for Spanish curriculum no one ever responded. My experience is the owner and Stephanie are never on the same page. Stephanie aims to please and the owner said, "Well-I'm the owner and I'll talk to Stephanie because we won't do that!" I would not recommend this school. He attended for only 2 short months and we knew we were going to move him before he was "kick out". Deanna has no regard for our work schedule or our child's well-being and made it clear he could return....all because he now has Asthma!

I was there the night DAMON P came to the Center and his description is NOTHING like what happened. Ms. Deana simply asked if she could help him, as she didn't recognize this man or vehicle, and HE Yelled at Her. It was pick up time and very busy outside, because parents can no longer go into the center because of Covid-19. He quickly became offended for no reason. As a parent, he should have been grateful that she asked. She is ALWAYS cautious with the safety of our children and as a mother, I APPRECIATE HER DEDICATION TO THEIR SAFETY, especially when it comes to strangers. This preschool is amazing. I have had my 4 year old here for 1 1/2 years and placed my 8 week old baby here recently. I couldn't be happier! I watch the cameras in the classrooms, and see everything that is happening. I have never been concerned! The teachers are certified, loving and attentive; and the owner, Ms. Deana is at the center everyday and makes sure everything is great. They never closed through Covid, and I have always been comfortable that my children are safe. This facility is spotless and they take temperatures at the door and follow all protocols for the pandemic. I am a Registered Nurse and work different shifts at the hospital all the time. Ms. Deana has been more than accommodating to our needs and always welcomes my children with open arms, even if I change our schedule. I would HIGHLY Recommend this school! Get in quick before they go to a waiting lists.

I would be very careful of this facility. Though my children have never gone here, and never will, now! The owner is extremely rude. I was scheduled, with my wife, to come in for an appointment to tour the school. I parked in the Handicap spot, as I am an Iraq war veteran with a hurt leg. I got out of my car on crutches and went to the right of my vehicle to see if my wife was sitting in the parking lot, as there was a Nissan sitting there. The "Owner" walked out to give a child to a client, and she then stopped to ask me if she could help me. Not thinking anything of it, I told her no that I was looking for my wife. I then asked her, "Can I not be here?" She then progressed to tell me that this was a private daycare and I could not. Really? 1. the parking lot is not private property, it is free to the public, by law. 2. If I was that scary and intimidating why not call the police, that is what they are for? 3. You would think that the owner is aware, aince she is doing the tour, that she had a husband and a wife scheduled for 6:30. Me being former military arrived 15 minutes early. If she is this rude to potential clients, I can only imagine what she is like with your children. I can tell the owner this, "you win more bees with honey!" As a business owner myself, I make it a point to be kind and tolerant of people. You won't be open for long with such a bad attitude!
