Overview
At our in-home LICENSED childcare facility the Kids of the Future Daycare, we are able to provide families with an unforgettable experience of care, nurture, and growth for all children. When families sign up with us, they not only receive the best childcare experience possible. They also become a part of our family. With our program director and founder, Sulega Mohamed being in in the childcare business for the last 10+ years. She has also raised six kids of her own, all but one being University of Washington graduates while her youngest is in high school now. Having a strong mother raise all six children, is critical to the knowledge and importance that it takes to run a successful childcare. Every child is different, just like the six children of her own it requires a Mother s touch to be able to ensure every child is receiving the care, nurture, and growth that we guarantee all children and families to receive when being a part of our family.
Here s a list of Program Services we provide for all families:
-Diaper changing upon arrival/departure
-Breakfast/Lunch Homemade organic meals for all children (will cater to any dietary restrictions/allergies)
-Brain stimulating curriculum song time/Engaging reading time/Circle time/Vocabulary assessment-training/Critical thinking time through books/videos
-Preschool/Head-start curriculum for ages eligible
-Trained CPR/Allergy prevention
-Accessibility for any family with a parental/child disability
-Pick-ups from school (within a 2-mile radius)
-Tailored schedules for arrival/pick-up for children depending on parent s work schedule
-Weekend care (call for more details)
-Extended care (call for more details)
-Overnight care (call for more details)
Kids of the Future Daycare Day to Day Schedule:
6:00-7:00am-Arrival
7:00-8:00am-Open/Free Play
8:00- 8:30am- Organic Breakfast
8:35-11:00am- Brain stimulation/Critical Thinking activities
11:00-11:30am- Outside Playtime (depending on weather)
11:30-12:25pm- Organic homemade lunch/Prep for naptime
12:25-12:35pm- Engaging Story Time (lead by provider)
12:35-2:30pm- Nap time
2:30-3:00pm- Post-nap Snack
3:00-3:45pm- Indoor/Outside play (depending on weather)
3:45-6:00pm- Free Play/ All centers open

If you're looking for the right childcare experience that your family needs. Look no further, as a single parent it was already tough raising my kids while working full-time but Sulega just made things easier for me. She was so understanding when it came to drop-off and pick-up times, she kept my kids happy and well fed. Which made my job 100x easier as a parent, if I didn't get this job opportunity that was so far away from the child-care center I'd still have my kids enrolled today. Don't take the risk of having someone less experienced or not passionate about caring for your kids. As a parent I urge to please make the right choice and pick Sulega as your child care provider.

I was happy to find this daycare center when my kids and I had to move to a neighborhood across the city. We didn't know anyone in lakecity and Sulega made us feel welcomed. The daycare is set up so nicely and you can tell the children really enjoy being there. Sulega is really smart and you can tell she cares about the well being of the children at the daycare. My kids always come home singing the songs they learn at the daycare. The daycare is in a safe neighborhood with a school and a park down the street. I would take my kids there something when the weather was nice. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

I'm so glad I found this daycare for my two kids. Sulega is so sweet and explained everything to me thoroughly. I like that it's in a lovely neighborhood in a beautiful big house. Sulega is great with the children, within just 2 days the kids didn't want to leave the daycare. My kids love the food she makes and the activities they partake in.

Sulega was truly a lifesaver when it came to her services. I was looking for the right fit in childcare for 2 months and I stumbled upon her home daycare while I was on a walk. She treated my son like he was one of her own. This daycare was an enriching environment that ensured the progress of my sons development. I also loved the fact that my son got to interact with a diverse group of kids while he attended this daycare. If I didn't have to move across town Sulega would still be my provider.

I used to bring my child Nasteho to Kids of the Future and I have nothing but good things to say about Ms. Mohamed. She is a very kind and caring provider. Ms. Mohamed has a clean home with plenty of space in the day care area for my child to play with other kids. Ms.Mohamed took the time get to know my daughter and helped her become comfortable around the other children. I would highly recommend parents bringing their children here. The only reason I had to switch was because I moved out of the state.
