My name is Isabella. I am 24 years old and happily married to my husband. I have taken over my mother's trusted daycare. I grew up with this daycare in our home, working with my mother while she taught me everything! Before I started shadowing her in the day care a year and a half ago, I worked as a professional nanny for 4 years, working with several wonderful families and earning my independent experience in childcare.
Before I started as a nanny, I also gained experience being a lead camp counselor in a pony camp with children for 2 summers in a row.

I started working in this daycare, shadowing my mother, but have now taken the full responsibility of the daycare for the past 9 months. Home care has many advantages. The first is that your child will be in a small ratio. I am only accepting 6 full time/part-time infants to be in my care at any one time. I keep only children ages 4 weeks until their 3rd birthday or the corresponding school year once they have turned 3yrs.This allows me to interact with your little one and get to know his or her needs as an individual. Each child is special to me and I make it a personal goal to give each of them as much nurturing and hands on care as possible.

As first time parents we found Mrs Kaaren's small, in home daycare setting to be the perfect fit for us. Although our son is now over 3 yrs old and no longer attends this daycare, he still mentions the friends he made during his nearly 3 years there. He lovingly talks about Mrs Kaaren and her entire family. I can honestly say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Mrs. Kaaren loved, listened and taught our boy like he was her own. Kaaren is the best you'll find. My son has been going to her since he was 4 months old he's 18 months now. Her daycare is clean and safe, and her attention to each child is impeccable. My nephew went to her as well from age 4 months till 3 years. The small group is very beneficial for numerous reasons like health, quality of individual care, and safety. My son is the most important thing in my life so don't take this recommendation lightly. Like I mentioned before she's the best you will find.

My son started attending this day care at 6 months old. We plan to send him until he is 3 years old (he is currently 1.5 yrs). Kaaren is fabulous and loves the children as if they were her own. She goes above and beyond to make sure they have a wonderful experience, engaging them in art projects, play outside, and reading...among many other activities. My son smiles every time he sees her. We can't imagine sending him anywhere else! The small, intimate setting is exactly what we were looking for when I made the decision to return to work.

Our daughter started at 6 weeks old and stay until she was 3 years old. Kaaren is an amazing caregiver and truly loves every child she cares for. Kaaren was very flexible with our schedules since part of the time we were there, my husband and I both worked in retail. Our daughter grew so very much while there and transitioned well into a larger daycare. We were all very sad when our daughter had to leave but we go back and visit from time to time. Kaaren is still one of our daughter's favorite people and hates to leave when we visit. I would highly recommend Kids Care by Kaaren to anyone and everyone!
