Very unprofessional. Called in to see if there was available space for my two children and I was told yes. I went to visit the childcare and the main provider was not present. I am not sure if the other lady was licensed. I then proceeded to secure a spot for my two children who were supposed to start in a week. I called multiple times to stop by the childcare with my kids and no one picked up the phone. I was told a week prior to the start date that she would not be able to care for my kids AFTER moving closer to the location of the childcare thinking she would be able to care for them. Highly inconvenient. Also, pictures do not reflect the house. It looks very unsanitary in person.
