Hi. I have been a mom for 18 years and also have 23 years experience, working in daycares, preschools and children's programs. I love children of all ages-infant to teens. I enjoy teaching and caring for children. I enjoy doing lots of hands-on projects and "getting messy". I am offering childcare, in my home, for infants to preschool age. Your child will feel safe and comfortable with me. I have a large, safe and clean home. I can accommodate special diets and special needs. I can also incorporate Christian values, if you would like (pray at meals, read a Bible story etc.)
I live in a safe neighborhood; gated community & neighborhood watch is in effect. It would be my goal to take daily walks, get fresh air. Weather permitting. Childcare would consist of playtime, reading books, engaging activities, nap time, outdoor time and mealtime.
I worked previously, this year, for Placerville Preschoolers and was a Lead Teacher, for the 2 year old class. I enjoyed it very much. Health issues in my mom, forced me to end my time there. I would like to continue doing childcare, but from my home.
I enjoy animals and operate a family Mobile Petting Zoo. My children work with me, in caring for the animals and taking the zoo to birthday parties, school events, church events, Kids Expo, Lavendar Festival, and weddings.
I have been fingerprinted and cleared. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have 12 ECE units and am certified to teach preschool, in CA.
