This is a terrible place! The staff turnover is so high you have no idea who will be there from day-to-day. She has hired these young fresh minds willing to bring new ideas and new energy to the company. The director has degraded these new employees as well as the older ones. The only difference is the older ladies need their job so they have to put up with her BS and the younger girls do not NEED that job but WANT a job to have change in their pockets not needing to pay mortgage so they will NOT take her disrespect and bullying of them because she has a title.

The director let's the kids run over the staff. When family has death, emergencies or any other issue where they need time to take care of themselves, the director is very ugly acting and very unaccommodating for their situations even death asking an employee in not a nice way when will she be coming back after her son died and laying off a new mother after having a baby because she needed time to heal and they do not offer Maternity leave as a benefit. The director is always asking people why they are calling off not knowing that is a violation of labor law to ask an employee why they can not come to work. She is always upset when anyone call off because that means she will actually have to stay at work and do her Job she get paid for doing.

Licensing is always there because of the multiple infractions and the parents are never informed. Like this week alone, that is the most time you see her at work.

The owner of the facility doesn't live in the area and none of the staff or parents are allowed to contact him in exception to his occasional visits throughout the year. When ever the owners or outsiders come to the building her personality changes and she acts as if she treat everyone well and pleasant which is far from the truth.

I would not trust this place with my worst enemy, definitely not my precious child.

The director let's her child hit and bully the other kids without any reprecussions. She tells her kids it's ok to beat the other kids up.
