Elda's Daycare is THE best and definitely deserves the 5 star rating!! Ms. Lisa has a daycare that treats each child with the love and support they need to grow and learn to be ready for kindergarten. She has conferences with families to support them and their child at home. She uses a curriculum and provides a variety of fun and engaging activities for the kids in many subject areas.
My child really enjoyed the past 2 1/2 years with Ms. Lisa. She would come home happy and tell us about her day and her friends, the fun she had and what she was learning. Because of Ms. Lisa, she was able to start a Young 5s/PreK program a year early and is thriving. And having the Spanish at daycare was SO helpful; I truly believe having it at home and at daycare is why she is so fluent in her Spanish speaking skills today.
I am so thankful to have found a place where I always knew my child was in a safe, loving, and educational setting where her needs were met. Muchas gracias, Ms. Lisa!

We adore Elda! Our son has been attending Elda's Daycare for the past 2.5 years, and we've been so thankful for the quality of care and love she has shown our son. Her facilities are top-notch, her food is delicious and healthy, and the kids learn so much. My son is able to communicate in Spanish and I'm confident he will be more than ready for kindergarten when the time comes. Elda also throws birthday parties and has holiday celebrations. We could not have found a better person to care for our child while my husband and I are away. She truly does treat the kids like they are a part of the family.

Looking at and trying out daycares for our little one was a challange as many told us it would be. After 3 unsuccessful daycares in one short, incredibly important year in our sons life, my husband stumbled upon Elda on a similar site. When reading her post, I thought 'this has to be good to be true. So much to offer... daily lessons, crafts, spanish immersion, great space, close to home... and actually affordable!' We met Elda shortly after and quickly fell in love. Apparently so did our son because we had to pull him out after our meeting ended, kicking and screaming. Elda did not blink an eye to his two year old tendencies and welcomed him with a smile and a hug the following monday morning. It didn't take us long to find Elda is not too good to be true but simply a huge blessing on many lives. Our son for the first time ever, looked forward to going to daycare. "It takes a village..." He has grown tremendously since being in her care in many ways and we are so thankful to have her (and her wonderful children/helpers) in our 'village'. We can't imagine our lives without them!

We've been with Elda's Daycare since 2011 and have been nothing but happy and satisfied with the care and attention she has given our son and daughter. She not only provides exceptional care but has taught my children their letters, how to write their names, parent's names and street address. They learn fine motor skills such as cutting and pasting. She teaches good moral values to the kids as well and even provides me with guidance and advice when asked. My son is able to both understand and speak Spanish which will truly be a valuable asset as he goes forth to kindergarten. Elda has treated my kids like family while my husband and I work full time and we are eternally grateful for her. :)

Elda is an amazing caregiver. My son went there for the first year of his life, and I was so very confident when leaving him in her care. She does extra things, like preparing all fresh, healthy and flavorful food, and throwing birthday parties for each kid, complete with decorations that make them feel like they are the star of the show. Elda is a kind-hearted, giving person. I actually had the pleasure of teaching two of her children when they were in my Honor's English class as high school students. As a teacher, it is easy to pick out the kids whose parents have helped them grow up with respect and integrity. Elda has done this with her own kids, and she works hard to make sure all the kids that walk in her door each morning leave every day having had great food, and great lessons on character qualities. I recommend her to anyone who wants their child to be with someone who treats them like family.

We've been with Elda since December of 2012. We LOVE the care she provides our children! Her care has always been very specific to our children's individual needs. Very friendly, clean, and loving! Never had a single issue! I would highly recommend her!

I have two children ages 3 and 18 months. They absolutely love going to Elda's Daycare. She provides them with healthy meals and snacks and offers a variety of enrichment activities for my children.
