Welcome! My name is Damita and I currently work at one of the best known accredited daycare centers in the U.S. I'm beginning the process to having my own in home daycare. I will care for two babies at a time from 6 weeks old to 12 months old. I've been helping with children all my life and nothing brings me greater joy! To have a job you actually love doing is incredible and I'm thankful that I was made to do this. I can assure you, there is no safer care for your baby than with me. I am adult and pediatric CPR certified as well as first aid certified. Background check is cleared and I'm more than dependable as you must have completed the aforementioned to work at a daycare. Damita and I worked together in the Infant/Toddler classroom at KCLC Carrollton, TX. She definitely brings an extra ray of sunshine with her positive and upbeat personality along with experience working with young children. Damita is very caring and her passion for the development of young children exudes each day as she works with them. Also, she knows first hand the role that a caregiver has as she is a mommy. Damita gives her colleagues as well as parents the assurance and peace of mind that each child in her care is loved, cared for, learning and developing to go to the next developmental stage.

I have observed Damita working in a preschool segment. Not only is she hard working, she is loving and caring. She understands the needs of young children and what it takes to provide quality care. She understands that taking care of young children is not babysitting but enriching their lives and helping them reach those important milestones. She is truly one of the best. Early childhood providers like Damita go above and beyond the call of the needs of young children. She understands their developmental needs and targets each child's emotional intellectual, cognitive, and social domains.

Damita is so caring, very attentive, and such a great care giver. My son absolutely loves her! She helped him come out of his shell and was so excited to go to school and see her everyday. I am so grateful that she was our first experience with child care. I would recommend her to everyone!
