About the business
I will have availability for one (sorry no infants at this time) starting the week of June 10.
Why a smaller family day care setting? Because not only is your child's basic needs met, but they are nurtured in a home away from home setting. The benefits of a loving and comfortable environment along with a mixed aged group are numerous. Parents often find that their infants are more outgoing, stronger and adventurous, because of their interactions with older children. The young toddlers are often advanced with speech and motor skills and the older children learn the importance of patience, awareness of their surroundings and tolerance.
I have been licensed and caring for infants to kindergarten since 1993. I strive to help each child reach age-appropriate developmental milestones, develop strong social skills, good manners, and the ability to play in a group setting or individually which fosters their self confidence.
I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment with days filled with fun, preschool curriculum, crafts, circle time, snacks, beverages and hot lunch daily.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Tuition is $225.00 a week. Part time $55.00 daily with committed day. No drop-off service available.

We cannot say enough about how much we ADORE and LOVE Miss Claire!!!
Leaving our children (now 5 yr and 1 yr. old) in her care is the same to us as leaving them with a family member. For the last four years we have greatly appreciated the peace of mind we have knowing that such a kind and loving person is taking care of them in a safe, clean, organized, happy, and nurturing environment. Everyday is well structured so the children have time to play, do crafts, and learn (shapes, colors, alphabets, numbers, etc) in a fun and positive manner. Thanks to her time with Claire, our daughter was VERY prepared and has flourished in kindergarten. Not only do we as parents love Claire, but both our children cannot wait to see her everyday... our oldest even looks forward to going back when she has days off from school and during the summer!!

We absolutely loved Miss Claire!!!!! I absolutely cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that both of my daughters had in her care. Her home and family were warm and inviting, while providing a structured, engaging daycare program. We started when my oldest daughter was 2 years old and brought our youngest daughter when she was 3 months old. We only ended up leaving Clair's care because we moved ... I cried when we left and would recommend her without reservation!!! Best decision sending our children to the Gustafson home!

Claire provides a loving, caring, safe environment for children. My daughters always love going to her house. I've watched her interact with children of all ages, but there is a sparkling, caring presence about her that makes her suited to work with young children. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for care for their children. She treats your children as if they were her own

WE LOVE MS. CLAIRE!!!! Both my children have been with her since they were 3 months old, and I seriously don't know what we'd do without her. I have never worried about the quality of care they receive while I'm at work. She not only provides preschool lessons & craft projects, but reinforces manners, courteous behavior, and following rules. She has helped shape our children into courteous, respectful & well behaved little people, while also providing them with a loving, caring & fun environment. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
