Our son is currently enrolled at Buttons and Bows and we are so grateful to have found quality and reliable care we can trust. Judi is fantastic and her home is always very clean. Because it's a private and intimate setting (her daycare is a max of 4 kids) she really comes to know the unique little personalities and needs of each kid. She has so many fun toys and does all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities. Our son loves playing outside so she does a lot of outdoors play with him. She reads to him, does play-doh, and gives him healthy snacks. He's always happy to be there, happy when we drop him off and Happy when we pick up. he's always happy to see Judi. Judi is a valuable part of our village and we are so grateful to have found Buttons and Bows!

We are so very thankful to have found Judy! Our daughter has been in Judy's care since she was three months old and will be leaving to start preschool when she turns three soon.

I was looking for care in which the child-to-caregiver ratio was lower than the state standard, an extremely experienced caregiver able to provide guidance to me as a first-time parent, and most of all, someone I felt at ease leaving my baby with. Judy at Buttons and Bows is that and so much more! She is a wealth of knowledge with 30+ years of experience running her nursery plus five children of her own. She takes her business seriously unlike many other in-home day cares providers I interviewed. The nursery is extremely clean with a plethora of enriching toys and activities, a lovely shaded grassy yard for outdoor playtime and individual bedrooms for each child to nap in. She cares for a maximum of four children at a time (often less), and unlike most daycares that group children by age, Judy prefers a range of ages in her group which can be beneficial for babies from a learning standpoint (observing older children talk, use potty, etc). Judy always maintains peace and order within her nursery, always exhibits patience and kindness and gently teaches rules and manners. My daughter has been fortunate enough to be with the same group of kids for the duration of her time at Judy's and she looks forward to seeing her friends (and Judy) each day.

We have been going to this nursery since our daughter was 6 months old. Now that she's two, when she sees us packing up lunch, she exclaims "Judy's house!" And can't wait to head over. There's nothing better when we leave her and go to work than knowing that she's having a great time with Judy and the other kids. Judy seems tireless - always coming up with new activities indoors and outdoors in their beautiful grassy backyard when the weather permits! We're so glad we found Judy and that she's been part of our daughter's upbringing so far.

We started with our daughter when she was about 7 months old. As any parent would be, we were really nervous about leaving our daughter with someone other than a family member.

After meeting Judi, and touring her home, we immediately knew this was the perfect place for our daughter!

She looked forward to going to Judi's and had a great time, while learning her basics preparing her for preschool. She is now three, and doing remarkably well in her preschool.

We had a second child, and knew right away that we wanted him to go to Buttons and Bows as well. He started around the same age, and will graduate this summer, as he will attend preschool.

I cannot say enough great things about Judi. She truly has become a part of our family. My kids both call her "Aunt Judi".

The quality of care is unsurpassed. I have never once had to worry about the safety and welfare of my children.

Judi is a stellar professional who has compassion, empathy, and a true gift for working with, and nurturing young children.

I firmly believe my children have been given a huge advantage as they prepare for their school career. They have learned so much while attending Buttons and Bows, yet for them it was fun and exciting.

I believe I failed to mention earlier that I have a PhD in Education, and have been in the field of education as an administrator and teacher for the past 20 years.

My son has attended Buttons and Bow's Nursery with Judy since he was 3-4 months old and will be there until his 3 year old birthday.
We are SO thankful for everything Judy provides as our son's Nanny. Her home is clean, inviting, and equip with plenty of toys, puzzles, etc. both inside and out! Judy is professional and even has a uniform she wears each day! She provides a yearly schedule for her holidays/days off and they all seem to be around the same holidays as the rest of us so they really aren't an inconvenience. It seems as though she's never gotten sick either!
You can tell Judy is a mother herself; very compassionate, patient, and understanding of all of the kids under her care. She provides excellent feedback of how our son is doing both behaviorally and developmentally and will give her expert advice if asked. We've never felt our son needed better care and would recommend Judy to anyone and everyone. We love you Judy!

Judy has taken care of both of my sons and I highly recommend her. She is amazing with children. She not only takes care of them she has activities for them, she reads to them, and she teaches them how to count, recognize shapes, and letters. Both of my sons love going to her during the week and are oftentimes disappointed when we inform them it's the weekend. Judy is like a second grandmother to our boys, however she has the energy of a young aunt! I have two older daughters who went to both traditional daycare and other sitters, I can honestly say that my sons have had a much better experience with Judy, I wish I had met her sooner!
