About the business
Licensed Family Child Care Educator by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This is a small family run child care service, providing quality care to infants, toddlers and preschool age children. We are located in Lincoln, MA off of Route 2 East. Our space is well equipped with play areas, indoor and outdoor toys, books, craft supplies and a large backyard with a playground. Our goal is to immerse children in a home environment and raise them as a part of our family. While the children are our top priority, we believe that building strong lasting relationships with the families is crucial in the development of the children well after leaving Big Foot, Little Foot.
The core curriculum is play-based and centered around the child's wants and needs. The children are able to make decisions for themselves but we are here to make sure that they are safe, acting appropriately among each other, fed, clean, but most importantly, comfortable in the environment. Our main goal is to create a home like and comfortable environment where all kids of different ages, backgrounds and abilities feel welcome and secure.

Big Foot, Little Foot has not been operating since 2012, but recently have decided to reopen. I have four daughters of my own who have grown up with the children and have continued friendships throughout the years and this is a value that I hope to continue with your families.

We feel so fortunate to have Razia in our lives. Our son attended daycare until he recently moved on to preschool. The children become part of Razia's family, and she takes amazing care to make sure they flourish. Between walks to see the farm animals, to fun in her amazing yard, the kids just love her. She teaches social skills, manners, letters and numbers, in such a warm and fun home environment. Our son adores her and still waves "hi" whenever we pass her house. She also provides gorgeous, healthy meals, which was fantastic for us. We will be forever grateful to Razia and her family!

Our family is so lucky to have found Razia. My son has been with her since he was 5 months old, and he has flourished under her care. She is attentive, nurturing, and patient, and has a great sense of humor - essential with the little ones. He loves going to school at Razia's, and has come home starting to recite his ABC's. When he is out sick, she checks in on him. We feel so secure knowing that she truly cares for the kids under her care.

My son started childcare with Razia when he was only 3 months old. I felt so comfortable leaving him her care. She is so caring, kind, attentive to his needs. My son loved to be held and had trouble taking naps on his own. I am so thankful that she was very patient with him! He is 1 1/2 now, and he loves going there!

My son started childcare with Razia in August 2020, and we are so happy! We took him out of a larger facility during the onset of COVID and found this gem. Razia is very caring, very professional, and has truly made an impression with not only my son, but our whole family! She is a rare find, I highly recommend her to any family.
I am amazed at the care the kids receive including always being active, outdoors (no matter the weather), manners, and quite the vocabulary! She pulls all the stops with her family: making snow tunnels, playing in their spacious backyard on the playground or trampoline, and , and seeing how much more my third child has thrived and developed in a home daycare setting. If I knew about this with my older two, I would have done this in a heartbeat!

My daughter has been with Razia since she was 5 months old and she just turned 2. It's been a dream - Razia is professional, yet warm and clearly all the children love her. She communicates regularly and is very family oriented. She provides meals if you want and they spend a lot of time outside which I love!

Razia took care of my daughter Nicole for over 2 years. She and her girls are just lovely. Razia took care of my child as if she were her daughter. I could not thank her enough for being such a wonderful care giver. She was always thoughtful, creative, and loving. I would highly recommend her.

Razia offered loving care to both of my children from 3 months until 4 years old. She and her family complemented our own family in helping them to become the creative, thoughtful, and loving boys they are today. With Razia it is a open and honest partnership in raising caring children. We are so incredibly thankful that she and her family have been a part of our lives. Both of my boys still have the sweetest fondness for their "Mama" Razia.

Razia took care of my son when he was 3 months until 12 months. I searched and searched until I found someone I felt comfortable and was came highly recommended. She has a genuine love for children and takes care of them as if they are her own. Razia and her family have become part of our family, and I am forever grateful to have had her take care of my son at a critical age.

My daughter has been going to Big Foot Little Foot since she was 8 weeks old and we love it. This is not a typical daycare center - your child is part of a family. I know that while I am work during the day that my daughter is in a warm and loving environment and is learning new things. The owner (Razia) is amazing with children. It is clear that my daughter loves being there and that Razia and her family enjoy having her around. When I go to pick her up, I get a thorough review of her day, what she did, and new things she is learning. I will also add, as a first time mother, I appreciate Razia's guidance and knowledge of being around children. She is wealth of knowledge which can be incredibly helpful for someone learning the ropes. She is never pushy with opinions, but if asked will share some tips and tricks (thank you!). I am so happy that my daughter has a home away-from-home with a loving family that considers her one of their own.
