I previously worked for Mrs. Betty as an office administrator and teacher. I had a good relationship with all my co-workers and director Mrs. Betty. She did not hesitate to give me time off when I lost someone close to me and was there for me when my mom was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Although I worked in the office I did interact with the children, as all employees are expected to assist one another and know every child who attends the learning center. The facility was mopped, vacuumed, and wiped down several times a day. When I worked there as a teacher, at the end of the day Mrs. Betty would help us clean up the kids and fix their hair. One teacher who previously worked there would braid the girls' hair and they loved it.

A few instances, I had to temporarily take over a classroom for a teacher if they were on break or out. If I did not follow their daily routine perfectly the kids would inform me. I found that new children adapted quickly to the schedule and all the kids ensured it would be adhered to. The kids would ask for Mrs. Betty and their teachers if they had not seen them, and a few would intentionally get in trouble so they could sit in the office or walk around with Mrs. Betty. I think the best activities are Music Time and the daily craft based on the weekly letter, word, shape, number, and/or color. The kids really enjoyed dancing and playing with the instruments. They went crazy for "Run Baby Run".

My mom use to work there in the kitchen and she said she will always hear the teacher and Ms Betty yelling at the kids and would always hear the kids cry. And one time my mom asked Ms Betty that one of the kids is going to fell from the high chair because he was standing and Ms Betty response was he will learn from the fall and my mom was shocked from the response. The other thing my mom was shocked was when the kids washed their hands. There was a kids that got out of the line and he was wearing a sweater with hoodie and Ms Betty got the kid from hoodie and pull him back to get him back to the line. They also have the kids sleeping on high chairs, poor kids because th wet are little and can't talked.Ms Betty don't have staff because she doesn't want to pay. My mom was pay 8hr and she was doing so much for Ms Betty. I can keep going writing but just keep and eye on ur kids daycare.
