Welcome to J&A Daycare. I am April. I have a licensed in home daycare in Highland Village. Licensed # 1739582. We currently have openings for infant and toddler age. I have been in business for many years, but licensed for 3 years. Our daycare enjoys outdoor time, circle time, learning through play & songs, and lots of movement games. I have 2 assistants that help out during the day. We provide a fun, safe, and loving atmosphere for all of our kiddos. Our 2 year old daughter has been attending J&A daycare since she was 6 weeks old. We love this daycare, and so does our daughter. She felt comfortable with April and Nina from day one, and continues to love going to daycare every day. My husband and I always know our daughter is in safe hands at J&A daycare. April and Nina love all the children and provide many learning opportunities. It is easy to see at drop off and pick up how happy all the children are to be there.

Where do I begin? April and Nina have been such a huge blessing to us and our daughter. She's almost 2 and has been going there since she was 4 months old. She is excited to go EVERY SINGLE DAY. She's learning, playing, and growing beautifully under their care. They are so very wonderful we feel so lucky to have found them. We can't recommend them enough!!

April and Nina are part of our family! We have known them for almost 7 years. They have watched my two daughters since they were 3 months old. As my daughters grew from newborn to toddler, April worked with them on skills that would prepare them for Kindergarten. My oldest just finished Kindergarten and was definitely prepared for school when she started. My youngest is still with April and Nina, and April works on colors, shapes, numbers, and letters with her. Nina is also so good with the babies and toddlers. My daughters tell me all the time how they get to rock with or play with Nina. I have always felt comfortable dropping my children off with April and Nina. My daughters have always been excited to tell me about their day. They come home with work they have done, and it is fun to see what they worked on each day!

April and Nina have been a huge blessing!! I wasn't having any luck finding a daycare I trusted for when I returned to work, and a friend recommended I try care.com. Once I met them I knew immediately that I could trust leaving my daughter with them. She started at 8 weeks old and gives them huge smiles in the morning when I drop her off. I absolutely love receiving texts with updates and pictures throughout the week. It puts my mind at ease that my daughter is loved and being taken care of just as I would. Thank you April and Nina!

What a blessing it has been that we found J&A daycare almost 6 years ago! There is no greater feeling than that of security when you drop your children off each day. April and Nina have always treated my boys like family. Their in-home childcare is structured and they provide fun activities, open playtime, nap time , as well as learning experiences. We would definitely recommend this daycare to other parents!

I'm a super picky mom, and they pass all my strict requirements. My girls are growing into wonderful versions of themselves under Nina and April's loving care. I have no regrets bringing my girls here every weekday. Nina and April are also understanding of parents who have crazy work schedules. Opens early; stays open late. Another HUGE bonus: they provided babysitting for kids attending their daycare upon making arrangements.

I found J&A Daycare on care.com. It had come down tot he wire for me to go back to work and I STILL had no idea where I was going to leave my perfect 1st newborn baby. I was scared and overwhelmed. I had searched daycares and even had referrals, but everything just fell throug or it wasn't good enough for my sweet boy. I then heard about care.com and that where I found April and Nina! :-). Fast-Forward 6 years later and they have not only taken care of, but loved my (now) 2 babies all the way up until it was school time. Nina is their grandmother in their eyes (and she spoils them like it) and April is like another aunt or family memeber too that they both adore just as much. I have thanked God so many days of theirs lives for putting Nina and April in our paths. They are a blessing.

I dropped my daughter off with April and Nina for the first time when she was eight weeks old. She is now four and she loves April and Nina like they are family. For a mom, the hours provide for an early morning meeting, or a run to the grocery store before pick-up. April and Nina always communicate with me and are willing to meet the individual needs of my child. I like the feeling of The small group in-home and knowing April works with the kids on their Pre-K and Kinder skills.
