I love this daycare! My own kids used to go there when they were small and now I have my grandchildren who I take care of there. The staff is very friendly and I feel like they are learning a lot.

My child just started at this daycare about a month ago. At our old daycare we really only ever got bad reports about behavior that seemed unwarranted. We love our new pre-k teacher and feel like our child is learned a lot. The rest of the staff seem super friendly as well. My son looks forwa to going everyday which makes me feel great!

My daughter went to Alpha from age 2-5 and we had a great experience there. She is in high school now and still recognizes the people that helped take care of her while she was there. They are still just as friendly as I remember. I loved Alpha and still recommend it to others.

We no longer attend Alpha Academy because my daughter aged out of childcare however she went to before and after school there for years as well as one year of pre school. Our experience was great and I would recommend . They take lots of field trips and do a lot of activities.

Great childcare center! My child started there at 2 1/2 and was quickly potty trained. He is now four years old and headed to kindergarten next year but has learned a lot there.

I have had two girls go through alpha from infants until they aged out. Have had nothing but a great experience. I am currently pregnant with my third and will also be sending this little one to Alpha!

Worst daycare. This is my first experience with a daycare and it's left a sour taste in my mouth. Child has been going for over 6 mths and is always sick, the bathrooms are not clean, and it never seems fully staffed. Would not recommend.

This place is awesome. I've had 2 children attend there whom just aged out if daycare this year. We've loved them for 10 yeas now. I've always felt great about leaving my children. The classrooms are very consistent, always stock with great toys. They have great staff members with an owner and director whom are just as involved in the classroom with the wellbeing and educational needs of the kids and their families.

I have had three children attend Alpha Academy and I couldn't be happier. The staff has loved my children like they are their own. There have been many times when my youngest is upset at home and she will cry that she wants Miss Crystal. They have learned so much and the staff is constantly interacting with them. I love the art projects, the parties, and the staff. Not to mention the owner is constantly upgrading their play spaces. Love the new rubber mulch! I pass three other daycares on my way to Alpha!

My child has been going to this facility for almost 3 years and there is no consistency in the classrooms. Teachers were always leaving once the child got used to them, the teachers showed favoritism by giving treats to other kids and taking pictures with them while leaving the others out. My child along with others did not seem to be learning as much as other children their age should. Potty training was great but that's about it. The owner is never there and when she does show up she's always in tight yoga pants, the director lies as she was caught in numerous lies concerning my child, this was brought to the attn of the owner and it went in one ear and out the other. They do not care about the well being of the children as we were called numerous times to pick our child up due to not listening or napping. This is their job and they would call while you were at work as they couldn't "handle" the situation. Items would be over exaggerated by the director and my child would come home crying bc my child was told they were a bad kid or a mean kid. They never gave positive encouragement it was always neg and when my child would move from one stage to the next stage classroom wise they would tell the teacher how that child was and set the tone for that relationship. When asked to see video footage as they have cameras up which was one of the perks for us placing our child there, we were lied to as to what happened and they would not let us see the footage, even tho we were able to see footage in the past when requested. They have locked doors when you first enter however it stays open or ajar majority of the day so anyone can come in. When we first moved to this daycare I praised them and then over time true colors starting showing and it more or less is you are paying for a below avg baby sitter who does not interact with the kids and never sends anything home with them to let you know what they are working on and when asking my child they would say they spent all day playing outside or in centers. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone who wants a top notch facility where they know their child is being taken care of and respected. Basically you pay for what you get. This daycare is prb one of the cheaper ones around and they are always enrolling, which tells you something.
