| Ive worked in care home for 14year working with venerable people young and elderly got a lot of experience in care work

| Experienced care assistant within house & care home care. I’ve worked with a variety of ages from early 20's to elderly. I’ve qualifications in H&SC, First aid, AED, Food Hygiene, Medication management, Feed Peg, Moving & handling & special needs care.

| in the PSU unit within the Legal sector at Civil Justice Court, as a part of the Discover Law Sheffield University 2017. Vital skills for communication were exercised and the most important factor was building a self-rapport with clients, in order to help them, face to face. One situation I was proud of, was when a distressed client, found it difficult to face her situation. I supported her emotionally and helped increase her optimism. This was by showing her possible solutions to her matter, instead of focusing on the negative outcomes. I directly assisted in helping clients who perhaps had a learning difficulty and struggled to understand how to fil out forms. My bilingual skills came into action, in order to help some clients who were not English, to understand the form too. I have also been a carer for a a client who i met, who bless her, passed away last year. My duties included, to help with toilet needs, bathing needs, emotional care and support. Helping shopping. i have also been a minder for children for over than 2 years part time.

| Hi, I’m Danielle. I am aged 26 and drive. I currently work in a supported living so encouraging independence but helping when needed I am also a part time PA for a little boy aged 11 with Down syndrome. I’m experienced in a a few disabilities, in the home I work there is multiple disabilities such as, brain damage, Down syndrome, epilepsy, I am trained in medication.
