| I have been in the care sector for about 5 years now, during this time I've built up a good amount of knowledge. I've been a health care assistant and support worker in many different care settings, working with many different individuals. I wouldn't change what I do, its so rewarding, I like to think I can be a support to not only the individual I am delivering care to but the family's to. I am a kind, outgoing, bubbly individual.

I am very interested and got a passion for people with learning disabilities. I am a very caring person with a heart of gold. I am always willing to go the extra mile and help as much as possible

| Worked for Autism west Midlands on nights for 15 years .I've also worked within agencies in the past .working for Dean Health care .looking after people in their own homes .

| I have six + years experience within care and supporting children and adults with additional needs. I am on the DBS update service and I am always willing to support where possible and allow individuals to feel like they are understood, getting to know them as individuals.
