I am currently a team leader supporting a young lady with cerebral palsy moderate learning disability and epilepsy. My Responsibilities are to support a young lady to live a independent life, arrange meetings with social workers and attend them to apply for funding for extra hours or hours needed. To run a team organise rota's, support plans planning for life.
I have also just completed my level three teaching assistant qualification.
