Pet Care in Stirling West

| I have a great experience taking care of dogs, taking them for long walks, playing with them, washing and prepping them. I've been doing this mainly with my four dogs, but also with friends' dogs, and working in NGOs in Spain, like the “Fundacion Benjamin Mehnert” a dog charity in Seville. Although my main experience is with dogs, I like all kind of animals: I've taken care of cats, horses and other mammals in the past. I've recently moved to Scotland, and I would like to use my passion and experience to earn some money, but also I would like to help people and pets that need someone like me. At the moment, I'm available 7 days a week, and very flexible with hours too. I'm available to meet pet's owners, to discuss more about their necessities, and give more information about me.

I have owned a Border Collie in the past and have had cats all my life. I have also had hamsters, rabbits and fish when my son was growing up. I worked as a volunteer with horses at Bannockburn RDA and also dog sit for my friend who has a chocolate Labrador. I am a qualified community worker and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have been assessed by a company and provided a dog sitting service over the summer while owners were on holiday. My passion is dogs, but currently do not own one as my landlord won't permit more than one pet. I have a three year old cat at present. I am retired, physically fit, and consider myself to be a very positive person. I am a punctual and reliable individual. I currently don't have a car but make good use of public transport. I believe there is no such thing as a bad dog, only bad owners. References are available upon request.

| I have always had a love for animals, being a dog owner myself I have experience in caring for animals. My dog is trained as a search and rescue dog so I am always around dogs. I love the outdoors and am out in all weathers.

| I fostered animals for the Pet Fostering Service Scotland for a few years before I adopted my greyhound. Prior to that I was involved in animal rescue for around seven years in Sicily where feral dogs and cats are common place. I returned to Scotland in 2000 when the Pet Passport Scheme was just starting and. With the help of two friends and my brother I brought my own four cats back to Scotland. I would be very happy to care for and walk dogs throughout these months. I can provide references.

| I love all animals and have been taking care of at least one at a time since the age of 4. I can confidently say that animals love me too and we are having a great time together. I am young and athletic so I am not discouraged by long-distance walks and having to lift heavy. I can take your dog/dogs on a walk and make home visits if needed. I would love the idea of having to spend the entire day pet-sitting. Did I mention that my friends call me " The cat whisperer" because most of the time we just speak the same language.

Having rescued my own small dog from the wild in Tenerife I have good experience with nervous dogs and now know many great dog walks in the Stirling area. | I am a Master's student in a Human-Animal Interaction course. I hope to get into a Clinical Animal Behavior program or Veterinary School and one day be involved in Animal Behaviour or Veterinary Services. I have owned pets of my own including rabbits, dogs, reptiles, and fish. I currently own a 4 year old miniature schnauzer dog, which is back in California with my parents while I am abroad at school. I have also helped to take care of other pets of family and friends. I am a responsible person and hope to help you care for your wonderful pet.
