Pet Care in Alloa

| I have owned dogs and cats, grown up with animals and am very passionate and patient with animals. I am fully police checked and have cared for other people's cats and dogs, when they need someone to do this. I live in FK10 area. Happy to take your pooch for a walk or pop in to give your cat food, love and play when you are not able to. I can provide references if needed. Would expect to meet you loved ones before to ensure they feel safe with me and I have got to know their needs and traits before as pets need to trust who they are being cared for. | I am 27 years old and have a huge passion and love for animals. Currently I’m a full time athlete training for the Tokyo 2021 Olympics. I am very flexible out with my training hours and I love nothing more than going for walks with dogs in my spare time. Once I retire from sport I can’t wait to start my own doggy day care business! Pet sitting: I have looked after family and friends dogs for many years during the day and overnight, these dog types include Labradoodles, Labradors, Pugs, French Bulldogs & Schnauzers. Dog walking: As a high level athlete I enjoy the adventurous high level long walks as well as the short unique secluded walks such as Bracklinn Falls, making the most of the Scottish scenery.

I have had my own dog Goose (cavapoo) for 5 years he has had his own health issues in the past and also suffers from separation anxiety so I know first hand the struggle it can be to find someone you trust to look after your fur baby. I have experience in walking and caring for small/medium dogs but would be happy to look after larger dogs if they have a more relaxed temperament. My dog is very laid back and loves other dogs so if you are open to it I can bring him for a play or walking date. I also have experience in caring for cats and kittens from litter tray cleaning to administering medication I am comfortable with all aspects of care. I am fully qualified in Canine First Aid as of October 2023 and would be happy to show you my qualification on request. | Hi there, I'm James and I've spent the last 3 years looking after various dogs such as a pedigree Belgian Shepherd 2 years of age, a 7 and 3 year old Labradoodle, a 14 year old lab and a 16 year old lab x collie. I have experience with dogs who require medicine and dogs who require sneaky ways of getting them to eat their medicine! I have no pets of my own, a smoke free home, private enclosed gardens and carpeted floors so your pets will not slip/fall! I have my own transport and so I can either look after your pet in your own home or at my own which has an enclosed private back garden with grass. I also have easy access to fields and popular dog walking paths within a 2 minute walk from where I live. I do not have a pet of my own and so your pet would not be intimidated or catching a scent of any other animal, their attention would be met. My prices can vary depending on situation, such as both day and night care (for 1 full day) would be £35, rather than £25 + £25 = £50. Distance may impact pricing. Day care includes 1 walk during the day. Night care includes 1 walk before bed. Full day care incudes 2 walks, one in the morning, one at night. | I have owned large dogs all my life, I have volunteered with large companies such as the SSPCA and Dogs Trust. I own a German Shepherd and American Akira myself and am fully aware of the daily requirements for both large and small dogs. I have also owned cats almost constantly throughout my life and am fully able to cater for them as well!
