| I'm Simon , and with over 25 years of experience in practices such as NLP coaching, Reiki, and meditation, breathwork, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and more, I bring a unique skill set to the role of a personal care assistant. Despite facing personal challenges such as Crohn's Colitis, living life with an ileostomy and PTSD, I've honed my skills in breathwork, solution-focused therapy, and talk therapy to help others navigate their own challenges. I am adept at providing emotional support and companionship that respects all backgrounds and beliefs. My down-to-earth and engaging style makes it easy for me to connect with people, which is crucial in building trust and rapport with the elderly. I specialise in empowering those I care for to take active steps in improving their well-being. Whether it's helping with chores or providing companionship, my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on your life.

| I was working in care for about 15 years. Had my own care company in the past. Very passion about it, Have all relevant qualifications up to NVQ Level 5 in health and social care and degree in dementia studies.

| Prior to coming to United Kingdom for Doctoral studies, I was taking care of my father who is suffering from age related sicknesses. In taking care of him, I learnt to be patient because he forgets easily and also reassure him of my support psychologically. I also help to bathe him and ensure he takes his medications timely. I also ensure he is safe and monitor the quality of the food he takes. I intend to replicate this if given opportunity.
