I work as a Support worker for adults with learning disabilities. I am inspired by the impact I make in the lives of the people I support. Being able to empower them to live their best lives is what I find most fulfilling as it aligns with my values.
I worked previously as a Human Resources Officer before transitioning into social care. These experiences have honed my empathy, communication, record-keeping, multitasking, time-management and organisational skills. This allows me to work effectively with diverse teams and provide personalised care services that best suit the needs of those I support.
