Elderly Care in East Grinstead

| I live in East Grinstead and am available one half day and one full day per week. I looked after adults with dementia and Alzheimer’s during Covid as a live-in carer allover the UK. I have experience with Stoma care and can complete all the relevant paperwork for administering medications. I have several DBS Certificates, a clean driving licence, can cook, clean and handle all household chores. - Stoma care - Dementia and Alzheimer’s experience - Personal care - shopping, cooking - cleaning, laundry - dealing with tradesmen - various duties as and when required - shopping - administering medication and completing relevant paperwork

| I have more than 6 years of experience as a carer, I have worked with elderly people with different conditions such as dementia, stroke, Parkinsons and end of life. I am a very patient and calm person, organised and proactive.

I have worked in Domiciliary care for over ten years and have achieved an NVQ2 and 3 in Health and social care. I love meeting people as they have a wealth of experience and interesting life stories. I enjoy assisting people with whatever help they May need, from taking an individual shopping or shopping for them!

| I have worked with a range of clients and covered various roles within the care sector. I am patient and polite, always keen to help out. I have experience with clients of all ages and also with conditions, including Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Cancer, Diabetes, Deafness and Blindness. I have also worked with clients who have Heart conditions, Stroke patients and other health conditions. I see each person as an individual and really believe that is the best way to support someone. You need to see people for who they are, rather than their diagnosis. I am open to work in a variety of positions and would like to support you to the highest standard. I am fully DBS checked and am on the update service.
