My daughter has a complex condition called sanfilippo syndrome it’s a childhood dementia and comes with very complex medical complications I’m very clued up on medication the support and needs of children and elderly with extra care needs im very passionate as it’s very close to my heart at the moment I am working as a mobile cater only spare time but I would love nothing more than to go free lanse and do it for myself
