My name is Heather (Hana is fine). I am currently attending University of Essex studying Sociology With Counselling. Before that I spent 4 years caring for adults with disabilities. I myself have a disability, although I would like to stress it is purely physical and though often mistaken for cognative, this is not the case. In my previous work, I mostly worked in a single environment, though I did occasionally take clients on trips out to London etc. I feel that having a disability myself and being misjudged can help me understand others in my situation better. I also think that my studies can help understand how others feel and behave. I live in IP1 and will travel a max. of 10 miles
