I have been working with children and young people with Autism, Challenging behaviour and Complex needs for 8 years, I work for a company where i started as a support worker then went to a senior support worker, team leader and now i work in Transitions for the same company. I have a DBS and have all the mandatory training such as safeguarding, first aid, health and safety, Epilepsy, Manual Handling and more. I love the job i do and enjoy helping the young people achieve things we didn't think could be possible.
