My First job in care was within a special ed school setting, I am a qualified teaching assistant, I was required to lead sessions plan and manage the classroom! For 4 of the years I spent the time in a class with 12 Autistic males, 8 years of education I decided to move into private sector as a care manager and advocate for young adults and children with acquired brain injuries. The variety of disabilities I have worked with is endless!
