I really enjoy my work. I find it very rewarding caring for the customers and enabling them to live as independently as possible, I listen to their wishes and care for their needs cheerfully and with discretion. Part of my role involves working with other carers when customers needs are greater, such as those suffering from dementia. Although such customers can be challenging to work with, I always remain calm and deal with them in a polite, professional and reassuring manner.
