I am currently working part-time as a nanny for two amazing boys, aged 4 and 7, and would be interested in doing some more work, either regularly or on an ad hoc basis. I have an interest in early years development and have completed training in paediactric first aid. My current role involves picking up the boys from nursery and school and taking them to afterschool activities, preparing snacks and making dinner. We enjoy a variety of afterschool activities, both indoors, outdoors, and at home! Before working as a nanny I had experience babysitting my neighbour's two children, I looked after them over a two-year period, covering the ages of 4-8. Evenings included cooking dinner, playing games (mainly them trying to teach me to play chess!), brushing teeth, reading bedtime stories, and checking up on them in the night. Afternoons were much more activity-based, the eldest was very keen on learning how to cook, so we would pick a recipe to make together, learning basic kitchen skills and food safety awareness.
