I am enthusiastic, energetic and have a positive attitude. I love being around children, and will always try to make sure they are constantly learning as they go along their day. No child is the same, and everyone has their own unique style of parenting, so I aim to seasmlessly fit in to the family’s lifestyle, and tailor my approach to each individual child based on their needs. I am a big believer of treating children with the same respect as I would an adult, and not being condescending, as well as letting children express their emotions and encouraging them to speak about how they feel instead of distracting them and making them forget. I have extensive experience in childcare and wellbeing, and have been largely responsible for children under the age of 5. I am multilingual - I was born and have been brought up in London so my English is to a very high standard, but I also speak Bengali.
